RESOLUTION NO. R2009-190 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR <br /> PLOTTF,K-SCANNER EQUIPMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Plotter-Scanner Equipment, quoted by TKB Associates, Inc., <br /> presented to the City Council herewith, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved and said payment be made in the amount not to exceed $17,445.00. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
