R2009-184 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS WITH THE <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br /> BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 09-26, SECTION 09-00926-00-RS <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes the City of Decatur to enter into an Agreement <br /> with the State of Illinois for the construction of the Brush College Road project, City Project 09- <br /> 26, Section 09-00926-00-RS. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
