� � <br /> Activity#4 <br /> Provide assistance to support an annual Street Festival to be held annually. This will <br /> include marketing/advertising and insurance costs. <br /> Activity#5 <br /> Provide assistance to support annual National Night Out costs incurred. This is a <br /> City-wide event and is co-sponsored with Dove, Inc. and the City of Decatur. <br /> General Administration <br /> The CONO Executive Board will be responsible for monthly reporting activities and <br /> issuing grants to assist neighborhood groups with literacy and/or life skill activities. A <br /> written report should accompany November's monthly report to include detail <br /> information gathered from the Regional Neighborhood Network Conference. This <br /> report should include ideas and strategies and/or programs and projects to be <br /> implemented based on attending the conference. <br /> B. Levels of Accomnlishment- Performance Goals <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, <br /> the Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services with a <br /> completion date as follows: <br /> Units per Month Total Units Completion Date <br /> Activity#1 –(5)neighborhood <br /> organization grants <br /> Activity#2 - Assist 40+ <br /> participants to attend regional <br /> neighborhood network conference <br /> Activity#3 - (7) organizational Thursday, April 16, 2010 <br /> meetings <br /> Activity#4 (10 neighborhoods <br /> participating) <br /> Activity#5(6 neighborhood <br /> participating,residents-100+) <br /> C.
