This is the second step,after the posting of a structure as unfit,which <br /> initiates the demolition rocess. Cit staff recommends a roval. <br /> p Y PP <br /> 547 N. Carolina-NSI#200803003. This case was started on 10-13-08 and was unable to be resolved with <br /> a regular housing case. Karen J. Keppler is named as the owner in the case. The house was found to be <br /> standing open and in a severe state of deterioration. The water service was terminated in June of 2008 <br /> and the gas and electric meters have been locked off. There is deterioration to the foundation and <br /> extensive mold throughout. <br /> 1087 W. Cerro Gordo-NSI#200901474. This case was started on 6-9-09. Marvin and Charlene Lake are <br /> named as the owners in the case. The water service was terminated in September of 2008 and the gas <br /> and electric meters have been locked off. The house has been stripped and extensively vandalized. <br /> Doors have been kicked in and windows broken out and the interior is strewn with garbage and debris. <br /> Roof leaks have caused partial collapse of ceilings inside. <br /> 1056 N. Church-NSI#200901387. This case was started on 6-2-09. Johnnie Rolle is named as the owner <br /> in the case. The water service was terminated in October of 2007 and the gas and electric meters have <br /> been locked off. The house was found to be partially boarded and abandoned and in a severe state of <br /> deterioration all around. There is structural deterioration and extensive mold problems. <br /> 1261 N. Church-NSI#200901641. This case was started on 6-29-09. Macon County Trustee is named as <br />' the owner in the case. The water service was terminated in August of 2008,the gas meter is locked off <br /> and the electric meter has been removed. There are open holes in the roof which are causing ceilings to <br />' collapse and floors to buckle. There are electrical system hazards and the house has been stripped. <br />
