R2009-172 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> - HD SUPPLY WATERWORKS— <br /> CITY PROJECT—0910-26 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing water materials, City Project <br /> 0910-26 presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of HD Supply Waterworks shown in Exhibit A be accepted and a <br /> purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
