. <br /> . <br /> " , Comprehensive Physical and Procedural Audit of the Evidence and Property Control System <br /> Based upon our usual charges for consultant on-site and audit report development time, clerical <br /> assistance, audit report reproduction and travel costs, it is estimated this Comprehensive Physical and <br /> Procedural Audit can be conducted for a maximum of $6,975. We agree to conduct the physical and <br /> procedural audit per the above specifications for no more than this amount. <br /> An estimated total of twelve (12) consulta�t days--3 days on-site—will �be required to conduct the <br /> physical and procedural audit, data collection,. data analysis, development of recommendations and <br /> drafting the final comprehensive Audit Report. <br /> The original and two bound copies of the Audit Report will be provided to the Decatur Police Department <br /> upon completion of the audit. <br /> This cost estimate assumes the Decatur Police Department will provide suitable temporary office space <br /> during the on-site work and nominal clerical assistance: copying, file retrieval, etc. The conduct of this <br /> audit requires unlimited access to all required personnel, documents, files and records and physical <br /> evidence and the Decatur Police Department agrees to permit such access by R.A. Doran and <br /> Associates for the purposes of this audit. . <br /> This cost estimate is guaranteed for thirty(30) days from the date of this proposal. <br /> Confidentiality of Audit Information <br /> R.A.
