Edward. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is an emergency demolition of an unsafe structure which is collapsing <br /> from structural deterioration. The owner of the property is Bill Edwards. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg 'Crowe, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg andJor Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $5538.00 from the demolition fund. <br />
