RESOLUTION NO. R2009-129 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE FOR REIMBURSEMENT <br /> SANITARY SEWER BACKUP PREVENTION PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Sanitary Sewer Backup Prevention Program, be, and the same is <br /> hereby, approved and said payments be made as homeowner/occupant reimbursements in an <br /> amount not to exceed $5,625 per installation for a total program cost not to exceed $187,500.00. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 3.
