This is the second step, after the posting of a structure as unfit, which initiates the <br /> demolition process. City staff recommends approval. <br /> 1066 N. Church-NSI#200901153. This case was started on 7-29-08 and was unable to be resolved with a <br /> regular housing case. The property is now in possession of the Macon County Trustee. The water <br /> service was terminated in September of 2008 and the gas and electric meters have been locked off. The <br /> eaves are rotted and falling off and there is structural deterioration. The house is in a severe state of <br /> deterioration all around. <br /> 733 E. Cleveland-NSI#200802917. This case was started on 10-2-08 and was unable to be resolved with <br /> a regular housing case. Jerry M.and Candy Gillard are named as the owners in the case. The water <br /> service was terminated in March of 1995 and the gas and electric meters have been removed. Roof <br /> leaks are causing ceilings to collapse and the eaves are rotted and falling off. There is deterioration to <br /> structural members. <br /> 805 N. College-NSI #200901447. This case was started on 6-8-09. Lashon Crue is named as the owner in <br /> the case. The water service was terminated in May of 2008 and the gas and electric meters have been <br /> locked off. The house is partially boarded and abandoned. Doors have been kicked in and windows <br /> broken out. Roof leaks have caused the porch ceiling to collapse. The house is in a severe state of <br /> deterioration all around. <br /> 1528 E. Decatur-NSI #200900887. This case was started on 3-23-09. Gale W. and Connie L.Johnson are <br /> named as the owners in the case. The water service was terminated in September of 2008 and the gas <br /> and electric meters are locked off. There are open holes in the roof and the eaves are rotted and falling <br /> off. The foundation is deteriorated and the house is in a severe state of deterioration all around. <br />
