That the proposed improvement shall consist of Reconstructing Piers 3 and 6 and performing other repairs as <br /> needed to the Garfield Avenue Bridge over the CNIC Rail Road <br /> and shall be constructed wide <br /> and be designated as Section 0&00503-00-BR <br /> 2.
