RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> - CDS OFFICE TECHNOLOGIES— <br /> CITY PROJECT—0910-02 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the tabulation of the bid received for patrol car digital video system, City <br /> Project 0910-02 presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of CDS Office Technologies be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and CDS Office Technologies for their <br /> bid price of $127;282.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED THIS 15�' day of June, 2009. <br /> Michael T.
