All system alerts and alarm logs <br /> shall be written to a system event log. <br /> The bandwidth per video channel shall be dynamic and be dependent upon scene activity. The <br /> bandwidth shall automatically decrease upon elimination of scene movement. The NVR client shall <br /> demonstrate the capability of viewing 16 live cameras at 30 frames per second on each camera. <br /> The NVR will start recording upon connection of the recorder to AC power without any human <br /> intervention. <br /> The system shall connect to any AC power source between 100 and 240 VAC, 50/60HZ, and will sense <br /> the appropriate input voltage, and start up the recorder. <br /> Accessing the NVR remotely shall be maintained by password protection. Different levels of user rights <br /> and permissions sha11 be provided allowing user accounts to be given custom access rights to NVR <br /> resources. <br /> The recorder shall maintain a full audit trail. The audit trail shall track all access to the NVR. The NVR <br /> shall also provide a complete operator log. <br /> The system shall be capable of continually recording video onto multiple hard disks. In the event of a <br /> single hard disk failure, the system shall automatically record to the next available disk. <br /> All recorded video shall be authenticated for court purposes and export of the compressed video files <br /> may be done via network connection. <br /> A software playback viewer shall enable any authorized person to playback any selected and exported <br /> video files.
