Van Dyke <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract �to Anderson <br /> Backhoe to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plumbing and demolish the property at <br /> 962 N. Van Dyke. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. Phil Taylor is the owner of the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Services Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $5268 from the demolition fund. <br />
