. <br /> J � <br /> MACON COUNTY BOARD RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT <br /> � FOR A JURISDICTIONAL TRANSFER OF LOST BRIDGE ROAD <br /> (CH 50 EXTENSIOi�TO THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> RESOLUTION NO. H-1683-10-09 <br /> WHEREAS,the County Board of Macon County and the City of Decatur entered into an <br /> agreement for the transfer of jurisdiction of Lost Bridge Road(CH 50 Extension)to the City of <br /> Decatur. <br /> WHEREAS,the authority to make changes to the CounTy Highway System is granted to the <br /> County by Section 5,105 of the Illinois Highway Code. <br /> NOW THEREFORE IT IS AGREED that the County Board of said County will pass a <br /> resolution providing for the transfer of the above location and shall attach hereto and make a part <br /> thereof a copy of the resolution, and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the above location with the City of Decatur <br /> approval be deleted from the highway system of Macon County and that said <br /> route is identified as County Highway 50. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the clerk is hereby directed to transmit three certified <br /> copies of this Resolution to the State through its District Office at EfFmgham,Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED,AND APPROVED this 8th day of October 2009. <br /> AYES 18 NAYS 1 MACOI�t COUNTY BO.ARD <br /> MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> PRESENT <br /> A EST: ay: <br /> /�. � -� �. <br /> en M. , Clerk for the ay .
