APPLICABLE LAW <br /> Subject to Federal Law requirements found in Exhibit A, all work done pursuant to this <br /> Agreement shall be controlled and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and any <br /> actions related to this Agreement must be filed in a Federal court in the State of Illinois <br /> capable of hearing the case. <br /> 28. REQUIRED CLAUSES <br /> Appendix A, "REQUIRED CLAUSES", contains language required to be included in any <br /> subcontract arising from this Agreement. CONTRACTOR or any subcontractor shall insert <br /> in any subcontract the clauses set forth in Appendix A - "REQUIRED CLAUSES", along <br /> with their related attachments, plus a clause requiring the subcontractor to include these <br /> clauses and related attachments in any lower tier subcontracts. The clauses shall not be <br /> modified except to identify the subcontractor who will be subject to the provision. <br /> CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for compliance by any subcontractor or lower tier <br /> subcontractor with these required clauses. <br /> 16 <br />
