This is the second step,after the posting of a structure as unfit, which initiates the <br /> demolition process. City staff recommends approval. <br /> 1457 N. Calhoun-NSI#200900087. This case was started on 1-8-09. Linnie Jones and Anna L.Shaw <br /> (both deceased) are named as the owners in the case. The house was found to be in a severe state of <br /> deterioration inside and out. The water service was terminated in May of 2008 and the gas meter has <br /> been locked off. There are open holes in the roof, doors falling off, rotted eaves and structural <br /> deterioration. <br /> 1071 N.Church-NSI#200900152. This case was started on 1-13-09. Marcus T. Owens is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The water service was terminated in October of 2008,the gas meter is locked off and <br /> the electric meter has been removed. Roof leaks are causing interior ceilings to collapse,there are <br /> rotted eaves and the house has been stripped and vandalized extensively. <br /> 1103 N. College-NSI#200803597. This case was started on 12-0-08. Robert D.Thornton is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The water service was terminated 12-30-08 and the gas and electric meters have <br /> been locked off. The windows have been broken out and doors kicked in. The house is being stripped <br /> and has extensive deterioration throughout. <br /> 1140 N. Edward-NSI#200801577. This case was started on 5-30-08 and was unable to be resolved with <br /> a regular housing case. Todd L. Lamb is named as the owner in the case. The water service was <br /> terminated 9-23-08 and the gas and electric meters have been locked off. Items of value have been <br /> stripped from the house and there has been extensive vandalism. Interior ceilings are collapsing and <br /> there is structural deterioration. <br />
