That the tabulation of the bid received far furnishing diesel powered <br /> backhoes, City Project 0809-46 presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Martin Equipment, Inc. be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 3.
