That the offer of Ten Dollars ($10.00) by Consuelo Cruz, on behalf of the <br /> Green Light Garden Project, for the purchase of property located at 436 East Grand Avenue, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby received, placed on file and accepted. Said property <br /> is legally described as follows: <br /> Lot Nineteen (19) of Crowder and Roberts Addition to the City of <br /> Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 22, Page 467 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, EXCEPT the ' <br /> South 2 feet thereof. (Except coal and other minerals underlying '' <br /> the surface of said land and all rights and easements in favor of the <br /> Estate of said coal and other minerals.)
