That the offer of Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($4,150.00) by <br /> Bryan A. Kite, for the purchase of property located at 1644 East Grand Street, Decatur, Illinois, <br /> be, and the same is hereby received, placed on file and accepted.
