That the proposed improvement shall consist of Cold milling 0 to 2 inches of existing street surface & <br /> overlaying with 1.5 to 2 inches bituminous concrete. Resurfacing with 1.5 to 2 inches bituminous concrete on <br /> streets not requiring cold milling. Reconstruction�w/8" cement stabilized base and 3" asphalt overlay <br /> and shall be constructed wide <br /> and be designated as Section 09-00908-00-FP <br /> 2.
