R2009-50 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> WITH URS CORPORATION FOR <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR REPLACEMENT OF <br /> SOUTH SHORES BRIDGE OVER SAND CREEK ARM OF LAKE DECATUR <br /> CITY PROJECT 09-OS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section L That the Agreement authorizing the Phase I engineering services to replace <br /> the South Shores Bridge over Sand Creek Arm of Lake Decatur, presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and URS Corporation, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and URS <br /> Corporation, for a fee not to exceed $77,500.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 2009. <br /> 4ichael T.
