RESOLUTION NO. R2009-49 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> BLANK, WESSELINK, COOK & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> FOR ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTIONS SERVICES <br /> GARFIELD AVE BRIDGE OVER CNIC RAILROAD, CITY PROJECT OS-03 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section L That the Agreement authorizing the engineering construction services for <br /> Garfield Bridge over CNIC Railroad, presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
