That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing demolition of property <br /> (217 W. Grand), City Project 0809-43B presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Anderson Backhoe be accepted and a purchase order be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
