Grand. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. Larry Nave is the owner of the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $8200 from the demolition fund. <br />
