This <br /> structure is located immediately north of the intersection of MacArthur Road and Ash <br /> Avenue. <br /> We will utilize the Type, Size and Location drawing (TS&L) developed in our Phase 1 <br /> Study to design the replacement structure. We will also prepare necessary roadway <br /> approach drawings in order to construct new roadway approaches in advance of the <br /> bridge. <br /> Our Scope of Work for this project will consist of the following areas of work: <br /> 1. Project Administration and Management <br /> This item allows us to set up the project internally, document a11 coordination with <br /> the City of Decatur and other agencies, manage our staff and invoice for <br /> professional services. <br /> 2. Reports and Permits <br /> This item allows us to prepare the necessary reports for the project including a <br /> Project Development Report and an Environmental Survey Request report. These <br /> reports and the Army Corps of Engineers permit (if required) are required to <br /> construct the project. <br /> 3. Plans, Specifications and Bid Documents <br /> We will prepare all necessary drawings to allow for the proper construction of the <br /> project. These drawings will include a Cover, Summary of Quantities and General <br />
