If an objection is not settled by the <br /> Administrator and the Trustee, the Trustee may starf a proceeding for judicial <br /> settlement of the account in any courf of competent jurisdiction, and the only <br /> parties that need be joined in such a proceeding are the Trustee, the <br /> Administrator, each Employer, and each Union and such other parties whose <br /> participation is required by law. <br /> 9.4 Riqht to Judicial Settlement. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent <br /> the Trustee from having its accounts settled by a court of competent jurisdiction at <br /> any time.
