This is the second step, after the posting of a structure as unfit,which initiates the <br /> demolition process. City staff recommends approval. <br /> 1441 N. Calhoun-NSI#200800866. This case was started on 3-11-08. Delois Conner is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The matter was unable to be resolved with a regular housing case and the owner <br /> now states the repairs are too extensive to warrant saving the structure. The water service was <br /> terminated in March of 2003 and the gas and electric meters have been removed. The house is in a <br /> severe state of deterioration all around. <br /> 905 E. Cantrell-NSI#200802866. This case was started on 9-29-08. John Nicholson is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The house has been severely damage by fire and there are open holes in the roof <br /> and side walls. Portions of the roof have fallen into the interior and there is structural deterioration. <br /> The water service was terminated in August of 2008 and the gas and electric meters have been <br /> removed. <br /> 2168 N. Charles-NSI#200801398. This case was started on 5-1-08. Daniel Cunningham is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The water service was terminated in November of 2008,the gas meter is locked off <br /> and the electric meter has been removed. The housing case was converted to a demolition case after a <br /> fire severely damaged the structure and the owner stated he did not have the funds to restore. <br />
