R2009-25 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> - HUTCHINS EXCAVATING— <br /> CITY PROJECT—0809-40 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing demolition of property <br /> (1529 N. Union), City Project 0809-40 presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Hutchins Excavating be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
