RESOLUTION NO. R2009-19 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> - STEVE'S TRUCKING— <br /> CITY PROJECT—0809-37C <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing demolition of property <br /> (1253 E. Walnut), City Project 0809-37C presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Steve's Trucking be accepted and a purchase order be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
