1 . . <br /> HOME SUPPORTIVE HOUSWG AGREEMENT <br /> This HOME SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AGREEMENT, made this 2nd day of February, I <br /> 2009, between the City of Decatur, a municipal corporation, "City°, and Woodford Homes, I <br /> Inc, "Owners/Developers", pursuant to the HOME Supportive Housing Program <br /> administered by the City for development of residential rental units,WITNESSETH: <br /> 1. The City has approved, or will approve a deferred forgivable loan, in favor of <br /> Owners in the amount of Four Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred <br /> Twenty Dollars ($432,920), upon the terms and conditions set forth in the <br /> Promissory Note and Mortgage. The proceeds of the loan shall be used by the <br /> Owners exclusively for the purpose of development of eleven (11) residential <br /> rental units located at 4005 Camelot Drive and twelve (12) residential rental <br /> units located at 3597 North Charles Street, which shall thereafter be used by <br /> the Owners/Developers exclusively as rental properties pursuant to all <br /> applicable rec�uirements of the HOME Supportive Housing Program. Owners <br /> shall expend loan proceeds exclusively for improvements of a certain parcel of <br /> real property located in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, legally described as: <br /> A Part of Lot Three (3) of Park City Addition as recorded in Book 1832, Page <br /> 398 of the records in the Macon County Recorder's Office, being more <br /> particularly described as: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3; <br /> Thence N 89 degrees 52 minutes 38 seconds E along the North Line of said <br /> Lot 3, a distance of 215.18 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 89 degrees <br />� 52 minutes 38 seconds E, along said North Line of a distance 187.11 feet; <br /> thence S 0 degrees 07 minutes 22 seconds E, a distance of 175.89 feet; thence <br /> S 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds W, a distance of 76.71 feet; thence S 89 <br /> degrees 54 minutes 59 seconds W, a distance of 76.71 feet, thence S 89 <br /> degrees 47 minutes 55 seconds W, a distance of 28.43 feet; thence N 45 <br /> degrees 07 minutes 22 seconds W a distance of 39.05 feet; thence N 0 <br /> degrees 07 minutes 22 seconds W a distance of 202.39 feet to the point of the <br /> beginning. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. Commonly known as 3597 <br /> North Charles Street, Decatur, IL. Parcel ID: 07-07-35-426-009. <br /> Lots Three (3) and Four (4) of Resurvey of Lot 67 Camelot, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 1832, on Page 9 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. Parcel ID: 07-07- <br /> 25-376-003 (lot 3) and 07-07-25-376-002 (Lot 4), commonly known as Lots <br /> 3 &4 resurvey L67, in Macon County. 4005 Camelot Drive, Decatur, IL. <br /> 2.
