A. <br /> Brinkoetter to repair the boiler at the Municipal Service Center. <br /> BACKGROUND: The boiler at the Municipal Service Center is original to the building and is <br /> twenty years old. One of the sections is leaking and must be replaced in order to comply with <br /> state code. <br /> The low bidder has provided the City with the necessary bonding requirements. , <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Forestry/Building and Grounds requested the repair and I, <br /> also wrote the specifications. �I <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Richard Marley, Director of Engineering & Infrastructure, 424-2747. <br /> Richard Borders, MSC Manager, 875-4820. Richard Marley will be at the council meeting to <br /> answer questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $6950 from the General Fund. <br />
