This is the second step, after the posting of a structure as unfit, which initiates the <br /> demolition process. City staff recommends approval. <br /> 1812 N. 29th-NSI#200801870. This case was started on 6-26-08. Richard Jourdan is named as the owner <br /> in the case. Attempts to resolve with a regular housing case were unsuccessful. There are open holes in <br /> the roof and the fascia and soffit system is falling off. Whereabouts of the owner are unknown and <br /> neighbors are requesting the matter be resolved. The water service was terminated in March of 2006 ' <br /> and the gas and electric meters have been locked off. <br /> 1079 W. Cerro Gordo-N51#200803262. This case was started on 11-1-08. Tammy C. Mickle is named as <br /> the owner in the case. This house was found to be standing open and abandoned. The water meter and <br /> water heater have been removed. The interior is strewn with garbage and debris throughout. Items of <br /> value have been stripped from the house. The water service was terminated in February of 2007,the <br /> gas meter is tocked off and the electric meter has been removed. <br /> 240 N.College-NSI#200601402. This case was started on 4-20-06 as a regular housing case. Attempts <br /> to resolve with a housing case were unsuccessful and the conditions have deteriorated further. Artra <br /> Gray is named as the owner in the case. The water service was terminated in November of 2005 and <br /> the meters are locked off. The doors have now been kicked in and windows broken out. There is <br /> extensive termite damage and the interior has been stripped of items of value and vandalism has been <br /> done. Structural damage has occurred to roof and wall components. <br />
