� � Mr. Keith Alexander, City of Decatur-January 8, 2009-Page 3 <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT <br /> Upon acceptance by the City, this letter shall constitute an agreement between the City of <br /> Decatur and the Agricultural Watershed Institute. <br /> The City agrees to provide $129,960 in financial suppart to AWI during the two-year period <br /> following acceptance of this agreement by the City. This represents $64,980 per year for the <br /> two-year project. Twenty-four monthly payments of $5,415 each will be made by the City to <br /> AWI beginning in the month after the execution of this agreement. <br /> This agreement may be terminated by either party provided that 5 calendar days written notice <br /> has been received by the other party. <br /> AWI agrees to perform work as described herein. AWI further agrees to meet with City staff and <br /> provide quarterly and annual reports to the City in accordance with the City-AWI agreement <br /> dated May 7, 2008. Such meetings and reports will address work on the Local Bioenergy <br /> Initiative, in addition to other AWI programs and activities as described in the May 7, 2008, <br /> agreement.
