Our proposal addresses the scope of work, project personnel, and schedule for completion as well <br /> as an estimate of the total fees to complete the project. The information can be found in Attachment A to <br /> Work Order No. 1. We propose to complete the work on a time and material basis with a maximum "not- <br /> to-exceed"fee of$6,14720. <br /> This project will be managed by Jeff Bucholc, of our Chicago office, since personnel in that office have the <br /> required expertise in ultrasonic testing methods. <br /> Two(2)copies of the Agreement are enclosed.The Agreements have been executed by URS.
