� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2009-14 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 3635 EAST U.S. ROUTE 36 - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of March, 2009, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Cammission held a public hearing upon the petition of LaVelle Hunt to rezone premises legally <br /> described as: <br /> Lot Two (2) of Decatur Plaza as per plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 187 of the <br /> Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from B-2 Commercial District to PD Planned Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the condition set forth below and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said above described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from B-2 Commercial District to PD Planned Development <br /> District. <br /> i. The fence must be maintained as a sight break fence. <br />
