Petitioner will use the outside paved area on the west side of the building as a secured outside <br /> storage area and will use the existing 27,000 square foot vacant building as a mixed use of <br /> Automobile Museum, restaurant and controlled environment storage for large items. <br /> 2. The existing building has been vacant for several years, the new use will create security for the <br /> area and eliminate unwanted activity in and around the building. <br /> 3. The rear area must be fenced as shown in order to allow the movement of vehicles around the <br /> building and additional outside storage areas. <br /> SECTION �IVE: CERTIFICATION <br /> To be placed on the agenda of the regular meeting on the first Thursday of the month at 3:00 <br /> PM in the City Council Chambers, petition must be received on the first Thursday of the <br /> preceding month. Failure of the petitioner or the petitioner's representative to attend the Plan <br /> Commission hearing may result in items being tabled.
