ORDINANCE NO. 2009-13 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> - 1800 EAST LAKE SHORE DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of March, 2009, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Adam Cumbo, CFO, St. Mary's <br /> Hospital, to modify and amend the Planned Development previously approved by Ordinance No. <br /> 2003-73, and subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> described as follows: <br /> Sampson Addition as recorded in Plat Book 745 on Page 251 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. �, <br /> AND ' <br /> 'The resurvey of Lot One (1) of the St. Mary's Addition as recorded in Plat Book ' <br /> 1832, Page 330 in the Records of the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois. <br /> AND <br /> Lot Two (2) of the St. Mary's Addition as recorded in Plat Book 1832, Page 269 <br /> in the Records of the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that the modification of said Planned Development as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br />
