Any fees or costs incurred by the citv or <br /> another �overnmental entity through an inter�overnmental <br /> a�reement in any such collection bv attorne sy and qualified private <br /> collection enterprises retained by the cor�oration counsel or by <br /> another governmental entit t�gh an inter�overnmental <br /> agreement for those_purposes shall be char�ed to the offender. <br />
