Commonly known as 1930 South Taylorville Road, Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. Tax PIN #04-12-21-379-003; and, WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City �nd not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, noiice o��intention to take action for ailnexation has been given as rec�uired.
