When such Continuing <br /> Disclosure Undertaking is executed and delivered on behalf of the City, it will be binding on the <br /> City and the officers, agents, and employees of the City, and the same are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to do all such acts and things and to execute all such documents as may be necessary to <br /> carry out and comply with the provisions of such Continuing Disclosure Undertaking as executed <br /> and delivered. Notwithstanding any other provisions hereof, the sole remedies for failure to <br /> comply with such Continuing Disclosure Undertaking shall be the ability of the beneficial owner <br /> of any Bond to seek mandamus or specific performance by court order, to cause to the City to <br /> comply with its obligations thereunder. <br /> Section 24. Superseder; Effective Date. All ordinances, resolutions and orders, or <br /> parts thereof, in conflict herewith, are to the extent of such conflict hereby superseded.
