R <br /> . � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-90 <br /> ORDINANCE ABATING LEVY <br /> GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS <br /> SERIES OF AUGUST 1991 <br /> WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 91-58 passed and approved Au�ust 19, 1991, the Council <br /> caused general obligation bonds of the City to be issued and did levy tY�erein certain sums to pay <br /> the principal and interest on said bonds; and, <br /> WHEREAS, funds have become available from other sources to pay, in part, such interest ' <br /> and principal as the same becomes due and payable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
