ORDINANCE NO. 2008-87 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 4005 CAMELOT DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of November, 2008, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Woodford Homes, Inc. to rezone <br /> premises legally described as: <br /> Lots Three (3) and Four (4) of the Resurvey of Lot Sixty-Seven (67) of Camelot <br /> Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 9 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 RDP Single Family Residential Development Plan District to PD Planned <br /> Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the condition set forth below and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said above described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 RDP Single Family Residential Development Plan <br /> District to PD Planned Development District. <br /> A. Final site, landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and <br /> approved by the Economic and Urban Development Department, the Department of <br /> Engineering and Infrastructure and the Fire Department prior to the issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br />
