r • <br /> � I <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-79 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 3131 NORTH WATER STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of October, 2008, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition Kara Demirjian Huss, to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: i <br /> Lot Two (2) of a resurvey of Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), and Five (5) of <br /> North Point Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 186 of the records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from B-2 Commercial District to PD Planned Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the condition set forth l�elow and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", said abowe described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from B-2 Commercial District to PT� Planned Development <br /> District. <br /> a. A detailed Site Plan, Lighting Plan and Landscape Plan shall be <br /> submitted to and approved by the Economic and Urban Development Departments, <br /> the Department of Engineering and Infrastructure and the Fire Department prior to <br /> the issuance of a building permit. <br />
