� , ORDINANCE NO. 2008-77 ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE - XXIV. OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS— WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of October, 2008, upon due notiCe, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing on the petition of Greg C. Crowe, Assistant City Manager, to modify and amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did rep rt its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted and that the Zoning Ordin ce be so modified and amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY CpUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: I Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That Section XXIV. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur (Ord. No. 3512 as amended by Ord. No. 2002-33) be, and the same is hereby, arnended at Section D. 7. a. by adding a new Section ii, and renumbering the current Section ii to Section iii. Said new Section ii shall provide as follows: SECTION XXIV. OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS D. DESIGN OF PARKING SPACES AND LOTS 7. Surface: a. Paving for One and Two Family Districts.
