That Chapter 41 of the City Code of the City of ecatur, Illinois, be, and <br /> the same is hereby, amended and modified at Section 13 (B) (5), so tha said Section 13 (B) (5) <br /> as amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> No permittee shall engage in the business of food and beverage cart <br /> vending between the hours of 9:00 P.M. and 9:00 A.M. Permitted <br /> season of operation is from March 15 to November 30. <br /> Section 2.
