ORDINANCE NO. 2008-72 ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED DEVELO�MENT - 1800 EAST LAKE SHORE DRIVE - WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September, 2008, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Adam Cumbo, CFO, St. Mary's Hospital, to modify and amend the Planned Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 2003-73, and subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: Sampson Addition as recorded in Plat Book 745 on Page 251 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. AND The resurvey of Lot One (1) of the St. Mary's Addition as rec rded in Plat Book 1832, Page 330 in the Records of the Recorder's Office o Macon County, Illinois. AND ' Lot Two (2) of the St. Mary's Addition as recorded in Plat Boc�k 1832, Page 269 in the Records of the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illindis; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said Planned Development as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions set forth below, the afores�id Planned Development be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended, and petitioner be, d it is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop the premises described above in accordance with the site plan hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof.
