, I <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-71 I <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1800 EAST LAKE SHORE DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September, 2008, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition Adam Cumbo, CFO, St. Mary's Hospital, to <br /> rezone premises legally described as: <br /> Lots One (1) through Seven (7), Eighteen (18) through Twe I ty-nine (29), and <br /> Thirty-nine (39) through Forty-six (46) of the Sampson Addit�on to the City of <br /> Decatur as per Plat recorded in Book 745 on Page 251 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois and those portions therein of <br /> Riverside Avenue to be vacated and those portions therein of Buena Vista Avenue <br /> to be vacated, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to PD Planned Developmen�District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY C�UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan I Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 <br /> Single Family Residence District, to PD Planned Development District. <br />
