`h <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-68 '� <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE <br /> - 252 West Main Street - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, parking <br /> be, and it is hereby, prohibited in front of 252 West Main Street at all times and the same is hereby <br /> restricted to only those vehicles bearing special registration plates issued for operation of vehicles by <br /> or for the physically handicapped, or those vehicles displaying a handicap�ed decal. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined, not to exceed, Two Hundre Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for <br /> each offense. , <br /> Section 3.
