� � ORDINANCE NO. 2008-62 ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - 3950 WEST FOUNTAIN LANE - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August, 2008, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of The Redmond, Company to modify and arriend the B-2 Planned Development previously approved by Ord�nance No. 2002-34, and subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: A part of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4) of Section 7 and a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW '/4) of Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian said part more particularly described as follq'ws: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE '/4) of the Northwest Quarter(NW '/4) of Section 18, T.16N., R2E. of the Third P.M.; thence 5.00-10'-50"E.
