The meter charge shall accrue for each monthly or uarter-annual period as the case may be during which water service is av ilable and has not been shut off without regard to whether water servic is furnished through the same. 20. WATER FROM FIRE HYDRANT. After issuance of a permit, water may be furnished through a City fir hydrant in circumstances wherein, in the opinion of the Director of the epartment of Water Management, such furnishing by other means is n t practicable. Application for such permit shall be upon forms furn shed by said Department which shall show the name of the applicant; he location of the hydrant to be used; the circumstances requiring su h permit; the purpose for, and the location at, which the water is to be used; the estimated amount of water to be furnished; the estimat d duration of hydrant use; and such other pertinent information as said Director may deem appropriate. Such application shall be accompanied w th a deposit of cash, bank draft or certified check in the amount of Fifty D llars ($50.00).
